Dr. Julka will begin seeing patients in our state of the art New Albany JIS Hand, Wrist and Elbow Surgery Office starting in July 2022. He is currently seeing patients in Granville, St. Clairsville, and Athens Ohio. We can often accommodate same day or next day appointments.
